Challenge: PfP Energy, new to the energy market with a vision to become a leading supplier of gas and electricity. With customers placed firmly at the heart of everything they do, it was essential that this value was reflected throughout the visual style and tone of their communications. Operating across both B2B and B2C markets meant the design outputs needed to flex - remaining honest and to the point for consumers while still conveying trust and professionalism to business audiences. Solution: To achieve this, we brought the PfP brand voice into every touchpoint, ensuring a consistent experience for both customers and employees. Considered imagery evoking everyday family life helped create a sense of warmth and familiarity, while playful, custom illustrations added character and approachability. These elements were applied across emails, landing pages, billing documents, and printed collateral, weaving the brand personality through all communication channels. Outcome: The result was a playful, engaging brand style that truly reflected PfP Energy’s voice; conversational, not scripted, clear and to the point.
